This award is a recognition for the blogs with less than 200 followers, and which has some rules: we have to reveal 11 facts about us, we have to answer any questions we've been asked, and we have to give the award to 11 other people, who will continue the challenge.
So this week I got a Liebster Award, straight from the hands of Cozinhar sem Lactose
- one of the blogs with more examples to follow (mostly by yours truly) per square milimeter! And it was my first award ever since I created this blog: how nice!
And with no questions asked (thank You!), here are 11 facts about me:
1. I love Tim Tams so much (I blame my Australian family for this) that I always bring loads of packs with me whenever I find them in another country (London: check!, Amsterdam: check!). It was even my Australian family's gift for me this last Christmas: 10 - yes, ten - beautiful Tim Tam packs;
2. My favourite Tim Tam is the classic version, by the way;

I love Danone's sweet Greek yogurt so much my brother-in-law who lives
in Spain used to bring them as gifts when they weren't still around in
Portugal;
4. I love Dunkin Donuts so much my parents
brought me a box when they went to Barcelona. Too sad they weren't
Dunkin Donuts though;
5. Last year my family and I went on
a summer trip regulated only by "where to eat" markers: we made a
selection of recommended places to eat, and spent a week travelling and
banqueting from city to city in Portugal;
6. I love swimming although my knack for it is quite similar to my knack for cooking eggs - the amount of eggs I waste whenever I'm trying to do "something pretty" with them is beyond understanding, really;
7. My mother
was the cook in the family and so good that I didn't start cooking until
I got my own place. Needless to say, everybody went "You what?!" when I
mentioned any of my cooking feats;
8. I'm from the centre of Portugal, although I've lived almost 1/3 of my life in the north;
9. My serious addictions? Blogging and cooking; pestering my frenchie; travelling; reading and listening to music.
10. Known wish - to travel around Europe in my car for at least a month and get to know the local gastronomy;
11.
Secret wish - to have more followers. Ahahah Well, that's not really a
secret, is it? Everybody wants more followers, right? I mean, it IS
alright to want more followers, right?

Este prémio é o reconhecimento de blogs com menos de 200 seguidores, e que tem algumas regras: temos de revelar 11 factos sobre nós, temos de responder a quaisquer perguntas que nos coloquem, e temos de dar o prémio a 11 outras pessoas, que irão continuar o desafio.
Pois é, esta semana recebi um Liebster Award, directamente das mãos da Cozinhar sem Lactose - um dos blogs com mais exemplos a seguir (sobretudo por mim) por milímetro quadrado! E foi o meu primeiro prémio desde que criei este blog: tão bom!
E sem perguntas feitas (Obrigada!), aqui ficam 11 factos sobre mim:
1. Adoro tanto Tim Tams (culpo a minha família australiana) que trago sempre imensos pacotes sempre que os encontro noutro país (Londres: check!, Amsterdão: check!). Até foi o presente de natal deste ano da minha família australiana para mim: 10 - sim, dez - lindos pacotes de Tim Tams;
2. O meu Tim Tam preferido é o clássico;
3. Adoro tanto o iogurte grego açucarado da Danone que o meu cunhado que vive na Espanha mos trazia como prenda quando ainda não havia à venda em Portugal;
4. Adoro tanto Dunkin Donuts que os meus pais me trouxeram uma caixa quando foram a Barcelona. É uma pena que não fossem Dunkin Donuts;
5. No ano passado a minha família e eu fizemos uma viagem de verão regulada por marcadores "onde comer": fizemos uma selecção de sítios recomendados onde comer e passámos uma semana a viajar e em banquete de cidade em cidade em Portugal;
6. Adoro nadar embora o meu jeito seja semelhante ao meu jeito para cozinhar ovos - a quantidade de ovos que desperdiço sempre que estou a tentar fazer "alguma coisa bonita" ultrapassa a minha compreensão;
7. A minha mãe era a cozinheira na família e tão boa que só comecei a cozinhar quando fui morar sozinha. Escusado será dizer que todos diziam "Tu o quê?!" quando mencionava algum dos meus feitos culinários;
8. Sou do centro de Portugal, embora tenha vivido quase 1/3 da minha vida no norte;
9. Os meus grandes vícios? Blogar e cozinhar; chatear o meu bulldog francês; viajar; ler e ouvir música.
10. Desejo conhecido - viajar pela Europa no meu carro durante pelo menos um mês e conhecer a gastronomia local;
11. Desejo secreto - ter mais seguidores. Ahahah Bem, isso não é grande segredo, pois não? Toda a gente quer mais seguidores, certo? Quer dizer, NÃO FAZ MAL querer mais seguidores, certo?
