A recent Love. Hand in hand with grilled meat or fish. Ingredients: 1 carrot (sliced) 1 red bell pepper (sliced) 1 leek (sliced) 1 onion (sliced) 1 garlic clove (sliced) 2 tablespoons olive oil 3 tablespoons teriyaki sauce 2 tablespoons rice vinegar (Paladin) salt and black pepper Thinly slice the carrot, the red pepper, the leek and the onion. Heat a large frying pan with olive oil and a garlic clove. Increase the heat and add the onion. Stir. 2 minutes later add the carrot and stir. Then add the red pepper and finally the leek. Season with salt and pepper. A few minutes later, add the teriyaki sauce and the vinegar. Stir and remove from the heat about a minute later. Enjoy! | Um Amor recente. De mão dada com carne ou peixe grelhado. Ingredientes: 1 cenoura (às tiras) 1 pimento vermelho (às tiras) 1 alho francês (às tiras) 1 cebola (fatiada) 1 dente de alho (laminado) 2 colheres de sopa de azeite 3 colheres de sopa de teriyaki 2 colheres de sopa de vinagre de arroz (Paladin) sal e pimenta preta Cortem a cenoura, o pimento vermelho, o alho francês e a cebola às tiras. Aqueçam uma frigideira grande com azeite e um dente de alho. Aumentem o lume e adicionem uma cebola. Mexam. 2 minutos depois, acrescentem a cenoura e mexam. Depois juntem o pimento e finalmente o alho francês. Temperem com sal e pimenta. Alguns minutos depois, deitem o molho teriyaki e o vinagre de arroz. Mexam e retirem do lume mais ou menos um minuto depois. Bom apetite! |
