Fry the bacon until it is crispy. Scramble 2 eggs. Add a little salt. Melt a bit of margarine in a frying pan, and add the shrimp and the clam meat. Fry until the shrimp gets a beautiful pink colour. Heat a saucepan with some oil. Add 2/3 of a cup of Bom Sucesso Agulha Rice. Stir. Add 1 coffee spoon of powder saffron and fry the rice. Pour 1 cup and a half of water. Add salt to taste and let it cook in medium heat. Pour some olive oil in a frying pan. Add spinach with pine nuts and sultanas. Stir. Add a few drops of Paladin's cider vinegar. When it's cooked, add all of the ingredients in the pan: the green beans, the bacon, the shrimp and the clam meat, the scrambled eggs and finally the saffron rice. Give it a quick final stir and it's ready to serve. Enjoy! |

DeleteSuch a nice recipe! Exceptionally healthy, too. I like how you're laying out your posts now - makes a lot of sense. Good stuff - thanks.
ReplyDeleteThank you! Yes, I have been experimenting a lot, but I prefer it this way, too. It's easier for both Portuguese and English speaking readers to follow, I hope. Especially when there's more than 1 photo. (I didn't use this layout in my last post as instructions were more simple, though)
DeleteFicou bem bonito esse arroz e deve ser muito bom!O nome é bem sugestivo.
