Peanut Butter and Chocolate Cupcakes // Cupcakes de Manteiga de Amendoim e Chocolate

I'll take two-layered anything any day.

Layers can be masks. Layers can be identity. Layers can be body. They can be soul.

And if one layer is all about that peanut butter and the other one is chocolate, even better.

Ingredients:

CUPCAKES:
2 eggs
125g Sidul sugar
125g butter
125g flour
80g peanut butter chips
1 tablespoon Segredos da Tradição chocolate liqueur

ICING:
100g cream cheese
50g butter
80g Sidul powdered sugar
1/2 tea spoon vanilla extract

Whisk the eggs and the sugar. Add the butter, the flour, the chocolate liqueur and finally the peanut butter chips.

Fill cupcake paper cases half way and take them to the oven for 17 minutes at 170ºC.

For the frosting, beat the butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla extract.

Enjoy!

COBERTURA:
100g queijo creme
50g manteiga

Bom apetite!
