Veal and fries
Cut the veal into small portions and season it with salt. Take a few dessert spoons of red pepper paste and with your hands rub it onto the veal.

Fry the potatoes.
Pour a bit of oil into a frying-pan and fry 3 to 4 chopped garlic cloves [this recipe really asks for their flavour]. Add the veal and fry. When it's almost done, add the fried potatoes and toss them a bit, so the sauce sinks in the potatoes.

Corta a carne de vaca em porções pequenas e tempera com sal. Tira algumas colheres de sobremesa de massa de pimentão e com as mãos esfrega-a na carne de vaca.
Frita as batatas.
Deita um pouco de óleo numa frigideira e frita 3 ou 4 dentes de alho picados
[esta receita pede mesmo por este sabor]. Junta a carne de vaca e frita. Quando estiver quase pronta, junta as batatas fritas e mexe um pouco, para que as batatas embebam o molho.
